ADClear respects your privacy. ADClear does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data.
ADClear is a Safari Content Blocker. The app downloads public filter lists, such as EasyList, and converts them locally on your device into Safari content blocker rules.
ADClear does not know, record, or transmit the websites you visit in Safari. Safari applies the content blocker rules on device.
Data Collection
ADClear does not collect:
- Browsing history
- Search history
- Website content
- Personal identifiers
- Location data
- Analytics data
- Advertising identifiers
Network Access
ADClear may connect to public filter list providers, such as EasyList, only when updating blocking rules. This request is used to download public filter rules and is not used to identify users.
Third Parties
ADClear uses public filter lists and open source libraries to provide content blocking functionality. ADClear does not share user data with these providers.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because ADClear does not collect personal data, there is no personal data retained by ADClear and no personal data to delete.
