Help and troubleshooting for ADClear on iOS.

Getting Started

ADClear is a Safari Content Blocker for iOS. To use ADClear, enable the Safari extension in Settings, then open the app and update blocking rules.

How to Enable ADClear

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Go to Apps > Safari > Extensions.
  3. Enable ADClear.
  4. Open ADClear and tap Update Rules.

How to Update Blocking Rules

  1. Open ADClear.
  2. Tap Update Rules.
  3. Wait for the update process to finish.
  4. Open Safari and browse normally.

Troubleshooting

  • If blocking does not work, confirm that ADClear is enabled in Safari Extensions.
  • If rules do not update, check your internet connection and try again.
  • If Safari still shows ads, reopen ADClear and update rules again.
  • If the issue continues, include the website URL and a screenshot when contacting support.

  • 如果規則無法更新，請確認網路連線後再試一次。
  • 如果 Safari 仍顯示廣告，請重新開啟 ADClear 並再次更新規則。
  • 如果問題持續發生，聯絡支援時請附上網站網址與截圖。
